Room of R: MC edition

Hello procrastinators, and welcome to my blog. My name is Ryan. I making this blog for several reasons. One reason is that I wanted to publicize my Minecraft maps and creations. I would love to make maps that you request, so give me ideas. Especially if it includes lots of redstone. Also if you like me to make tutorials on redstone creations, mod spotlights, etc... just tell me and I will make it, but can't be sure about mod spotlights.

I will soon post pictures of my latest map, the Minecars.  Well then.... bye :P

Example of educational animation

File:PumpAnim.gif

The New Encore

I think we should make educational animations to help us in tests, homework, ect.  It can even work as a assiments than a powerpoint. It is very simple to make animations; It can be as simple as a slide show or as compilcated as a flash animation. Animations is a very common thing that teachers use and fun to use. Animations can help people remember things and in the same time undestand it better in a fun way.

On "Wikipedia" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Educational_animation. It states in the Do Animations Facilitate Learning? and Do Animations Make Learning ? it makes people learn fatser and more in a well-devolped
"With the aid of computer animations, learning and teaching might become easier, faster and amusing."

My Favorite TV Show

My favorite TV shows are How it's Made and Mythbusters. They are both on Discovery Channel and are shown after each other.

How it's Made is a TV show that shows how things are made which, I like to do. The last episode I watched was how to make a pencil. I thought pencils were made by cutting a piece of wood to the shape of a pencil and after putting the lead into the the center of the pencil. Instead they cut a plank of wood in half and make ledges on both sides and place the lead on one of the ledges and then sandwhich them togther with glue.

Mythbusters is a TV show that tests sayings, stories, pictures, and videos either it is true or just a myth. Sometimes it becomes possible and become inbetween, making it plausible.I like this TV show because they are very funny and most of the time they go overboard on things.

Amazing Music Machine

THIS IS AMAZING
Make sure that you have your speakers on......
This incredible machine was built b the
Robert M. Trammell Music Conservatory and the Sharon Wick School of
Engineering at the University of Iowa. This amazing machine is 97% of the machines
components came from John Deere Industries and Irrigation Equipment of
Bancroft Iowa, or in other words farm equipment!
It took the team took 13,029 hours of set-up, alignment,
calibration, and tuning before filming this video, but as you can see
they done there best, and looks amazing and realistic.
It is now on display in the Matthew Gerhard Alumni Hall at the
University and is already to be donated to the Smithsonian.
Enjoy.

Spring break is coming in 2 more days and I am excited! Unfortunately I can't go there because the earthquake is too dangerous. Fortunately I am going to travel to somewhere else but I still don't know where. I hope it is in Korea so I can explore the nature of Korea.
I f my flight to Japan is available I would go there and enjoy myself. I would enjoy my self with nice nature walks in the forest and hiking . But if some of these walk path are destroyed I would just have fun with my family  Japan is a wonderful and beautiful place but now it is ruins from the tsunamis and earthquakes. I just hope my family is safe.
